Karl Chambers and Heather Van Essen attended the Commercial Real Estate Forum this morning put on by the Business Record. It was insightful to hear about the progress Des Moines and surrounding communities are making after the pandemic. Everyone was optimistic about the development particularly of multi-tenant housing. Even downtown, demand is still active. This will lead to filling up the vacancies left from businesses suffering after Covid. Aside from workplace and living space, retail is booming! Great things to come!
