Imprint Architects and our partners developed a master plan and schematic design for a 60 bay, 3 story golf entertainment venue that would include a main restaurant, a private club, along with the Midwest’s first golf rooftop experience. The golf venue would be connected to an approximately 100 room hotel that would have six, custom golf suites that would combine the lodging, meeting, and entertainment aspects of the project into a one-of-a-kind hotel suite. The development also included outlying building pad sites that would be available for restaurant, retail, and mixed use opportunities.
