This homeowner hired Imprint to develop a "one of a kind" modern plan that would be unique to the golf course community where it would be located. The home has a much cleaner modern style that is closer to an early 20th Century European Modern home than the soft contemporary homes currently being constructed around Central Iowa.

Imprint was chosen because of our abiltiy to integrate more complex commercial construction systems into a light, wood framed residential structure. The most striking feature of the home is the 4 story glass tower enclosing the stairway as well as the incorporation of commercial finishes into a residential project. Imprint was also hired to coordinate some of the more complex building systems during the home's construction.

This home is one of our favorites due to the fusion of traditional, light wood framed construction techniques with the more modern steel and glass curtain wall systems along with the incorporation of non traditional interior finishes into traditional applications that give it it's truely "Modern" look.
