Erika Burkhart is the Administrative Coordinator at Imprint Architects. Erika is a detail-oriented individual with a great appreciation for architecture. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals both daily and longer term, handling the daily finances and operations of the firm.
If she had to pick a favorite architectural style, Erika would choose modern prairie style with mid-century modern a close second. She is drawn to architecture that mimics the landscape in which it sits and functions, and loves to see buildings that help illustrate the beauty of the midwest geography she hails from. One facet of architecture she admires is how a building is used by people, how it serves their needs and how this changes with the factor of time. How did the families that lived in a house interact with it and within it? What was a building originally built for and how is it being used today?
