The Shine Shop Tunnel Car Wash Project consists of four separate facilities located throughout Central Iowa. Each facility has an identical tunnel and equipment room modeled around the required car wash equipment while the orientation of each building was adapted to accommodate the building site. Exterior styling and materials were also changed to meet local zoning ordinances. The facility incorporates a state-of-the-art wastewater capturing, filtering, and recycling system that saves thousands of dollars a year in operating costs. This Design-Build Project was completed through a partnership between Keen Project Solutions and Imprint Architects.
