Embracing the urban context of their office at the District at Prairie Trail, Remax wanted a space that's industrial, yet classy, comfortable, and homey. The lobby is accented with industrial brick walls and corten steel, while residential shiplap accents offices. A tall, rustic tongue and groove ceiling, adorned with a combination of industrial and contemporary light fixtures weaves its way, guiding you through the 6,000 SF office and providing a familiar reference for wayfinding. Contemporary-industrial window walls allow light to penetrate into adjacent spaces and provide an open and airy feel.
