Nilles Associates Inc. is a full-service civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture firm in Ankeny, Iowa. They engaged Imprint Architects not only as an industry partner, but to design a unique building to house their growing needs. Nilles Associates Inc. wanted a building in the Prairie Trail neighborhood with plenty of natural light. This project includes offices, workstations and an cantilever second floor design for mobile workers. Community spaces include conference rooms and a break room on the corner to enjoy the view.
