After a terrible tornado, Lennox was left with mostly land. We were hired to help them rebuild in conjunction with another architect. This gave Lennox the opportunity to place staff with appropriate adjacencies, connection to the warehouse efficiently and adding a large museum for guests to experience. As a tribute to the history of Lennox in Marshalltown, some of the brick from the previous building was used to wrap the elevator as a feature near the museum. With this interior design, we lead the team with furniture selections and bids.
