Ankeny Market Village is a 14,000 square foot mixed-use building consisting of 6 suites with an additional 3,000 square feet of rooftop deck located in the center of historic Uptown Ankeny. Emphasizing walkability and celebrating public space, Ankeny Market Village serves as a hub of lively community activity. It links the Ankeny Market & Pavilion and High Trestle Trail with the various shops and restaurants within the building and throughout Uptown. The building’s scale is broken up into smaller groups of suites and articulated with varying materials, subtle brick detailing, and human-scale elements, respecting and reinforcing the context of the surrounding buildings and vigorous community.
