Project Overview
With the desire to move Imprint Architects to Uptown Ankeny, Chambys Holdings envisioned this mixed-use building. An anchor tenant, Mullets, opened their first location in Ankeny. With a strong following on the bike trail near the Des Moines location, this was a perfect adjacency to the High Tressel Trail bike path.
